40 Years of Experience

I was a long time resident of Sudbury Ontario where I designed multiple subdivisions for some of the biggest developers as well as thousands of custom homes for individual clients throughout Northern Ontario. I now reside In North Bay Ontario where I am enoying my semi retirement but like to keep myself busy with smaller projects.

More About Homebuilders Design

I am proud to offer a full spectrum design service and will provide detailed building blueprints for any sized residential project up to 6460 sq ft. I am very experienced in putting your ideas on paper for a full custom design for your dream home, cottage, or detached garage/mancave.

Bring me your dreams, ideas, or sketches and I can make your vision a reality. I will also work with something you found online and customize to suit your lot and your wishes.

I have extensive experience with single family homes, cottages, detached garages, secondary detached residence (SDU) on a lot with an existing home, and more. 

I do not do additions or renovations
